Come join us for our Shindig 2008 this June 20th to 22nd(Friday to Sunday)! Our annual summer festival has been growing in recent years. In addition to the crew from Manitoba, we are happy to host a number of out of town paddlers from around Canada and the USA for a great weekend of paddling, paddling clinics, games, fireworks, Live music Friday night, a great Saturday dinner, party Saturday night with legendary local DJ (and paddler!) B-mackin, and a wicked Sunday morning breakfast from WAV paddling.
ALso, this year we're excited to welsome 4x Canadian Freestyle Champion Billy Harris!! Billy will be running cliinics each day for all skill levels. Details are provided below.

Three clinics of three hours each will be offered Friday afternoon, Saturday afternoon, and Sunday afternoon.
Cost is $65 per person for these clinics.
Space is limited to five persons per clinic and is filling up FAST, so sign up now!!

Cost: $50 for everone!!! (Price includes: Camping fees for Friday and Saturday nights, catered meal and pig roast Saturday night, guided River Run Saturday afternoon, WAVPaddling clinics Saturday morning, breakfast Sunday morning, entry into prize draw, live music Friday night, vinyl session by one of Winnipeg's hottest DJ's Saturday night, plus the company of some fine fellow paddlers!!) Winter is well underway, and can't be over soon enough if you ask me (Dinah, Club Secretary).

Pool sessions are going well this winter and it is nice to see many new faces, as well as the usual crew. If you haven't been out yet this winter, it's not too late to start. Memberships are $10 and drop ins are $10 as well. Or, $100 gets you a membership and the rest of the pool sessions- until the middle of May!

WAV paddling has been putting on some great clinics this winter. Why not sign up and work on your skills?
